The Golden National is a family-owned restaurant that has been in operation since 1980. Having begun our culinary adventures in the small town of High River, we now bring to Calgary our time-honoured combination of delicious dishes and stellar service. We believe in leading healthy lifestyles, we use only the most natural ingredients, and always minimize the use of MSG without compromising the taste. Our meats and vegetables are sourced locally by trusted vendors and delivered right to our door.
Each of our sauces is lovingly made in-house by our head chef: Our signature sweet-and-sour sauce is made fresh daily without the use of artificial flavoring or food coloring, and the ever-popular black bean sauce and ginger beef sauce is always decadently appetizing.
